Our Founder
Originally from France, Marion dedicates her career to understand what motivates people.
Why? Marion believes that the right people perform at their best when they are understood and acknowledged.
With 10+ years of HR and Management responsibilities, she is always keen to understand deeply her clients, peers, and team members: that’s when the projects with the best, the most exciting and rewarding outcomes are produced.
