Our Founder
Originally from France, Marion dedicates her career to understanding what motivates people.
Why?
Marion believes that the right people perform at their best when they are understood and acknowledged. With 10+ years of HR and Management responsibilities, she is always keen to understand deeply her clients, peers, and team members: that’s when the projects with the best, the most exciting and rewarding outcomes are produced.
Sounds easy?
It turns out a vast majority of companies lack official feedback systems and regular trainings to help develop and grow their employees. In 2020, while Marion works at EF (Education First), her responsibility is to manage the corporate culture of the group of 20.000 employees in China.
She feels the need to specialize in a powerful tool used internally: The CliftonStrengths from Gallup. She completes her coaching certification to become a Gallup-Certified StrengthsFinder Coach and then creates her consultancy company “IntanDid” (上海瑾探定健康管理咨询有限公司)
IntanDid is an HR consultancy with the mission to enable employees to reach their highest performance by leveraging the culture of their organization. The team at Intandid helps facilitate corporate and team changes by exploring alternative ways to achieve goals, improving effectiveness, and leveraging natural talents at work.
Marion Campan is a specialist in employee engagement and internal communications, with a focus in strengths-based cultures & behaviors. She has appeared at various podcasts (the Flexpat podcast, The Win Building podcast, Carnet de Carrière…) and speaking events (JiaHui Hospital, IPWS, Lincoln Leadership Advisory, Why Wait Women Entrepreneurship Collective…).
She is also passionate about Women Empowerement and the role of Women in the workplace. In 2018 she co-created the EF Women’s Society, a community of 400+ women that is still running and helping women today. She volunteers for Shanghai’s Women Association La Ruche and is regularly involved with IPWS, Boss Lady and G.W.E.N. Women Entrepreneurs.
Behind all this, Marion was brought up in Tahiti, French Polynesia. Early on she grew up with friends from various backgrounds and realized the power of culture at an individual level. This has led her to work and study in Taiwan, Germany, Spain, the UK and China, which resulted in her passion to help companies build exceptional workplace cultures.
