It’s hard to believe it’s been a year since I first partnered with the incredibly talented writer Lauren Hogan on the Super Women of Shanghai series for IPWS (International Professional Women’s Society).
As we wrap up this collaboration, I’ve taken some time to reflect on the powerful stories we’ve shared and the lasting impact of our work.

What’s impressed me most about working with Lauren is her ability to transform a simple conversation into something truly special. Her talent for bringing out the heart of a story and making it come to life on the page is something I deeply admire.

The feedback we’ve received has been overwhelmingly positive.

This was exactly our goal when we set out to create the Super Women of Shanghai series. We wanted to shine a light on the amazing women in this city, and in doing so, inspire others to follow their passions, break barriers, and lead with confidence. The stories we’ve shared have sparked conversations, inspired action, and created a ripple effect of empowerment.
On a personal level, I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to interview these remarkable women and turn their stories into bite-sized, impactful articles. It’s been a fulfilling experience, and I know Lauren feels the same way—we’re both grateful to have played a role in amplifying these voices.
Looking Ahead: The Future of Our Collaboration
Although our collaboration on the Super Women of Shanghai series is coming to an end, we’ve already discussed the possibility of continuing to work together in the future. We’re not sure yet how or when that will happen, but we both know that if it’s meant to be, we’ll find a way to bring our talents together once more.
