Client Name: A highly diversified, independent industrial group that ranks among the world’s top 10 in transport and logistics.

Location: Shanghai

Deliverables: Trainings – Dos’ and Don’ts to maximize the Management Trainee Program.

The Problem

Our client wants to integrate and develop a new approach to their Management Trainee Program, dedicated to accelerate the internal growth of High-Potential within the group. “How do we make sure, after selecting the right candidates for the MT program, that the newcomers are successful in their roles and in the company, long term? “

The Solution

With the top management we decided to bring a selection of trainings for both the Management Trainees AND for their Mentors.

We accompanied the groups in identifying their biggest challenges and how to overcome them. We created bespoke content to respond to the Mentors and their Mentee’s biggest questions and concerns around their relationships and their growth within the next 6-12 months.

We specifically helped the Mentors develop coaching skills to help them lead better conversations with their Management Trainees.

The Results

Mentors and Management Trainees are both more confident about themselves and the process over the course of the Management Training Program. Mentors start to implement coaching skills in their day-to-day conversations to help others reach better performance.
