On November 21st, Intandid had the pleasure of attending the AmCham HR Fair. The event brought together HR professionals and service providers to discuss the future of HR. One of the main highlights was the panel discussion on “Shaping the Future Workforce: Strategies for Upskilling, Reskilling, and Talent Development.”
The panel was moderated by Georgina O’Brien, Head of Learning & Engagement, APAC at LinkedIn. It also featured Jessie Xu, Head of Talent, Asia at Kraft Heinz, and Anna Zhao, Head of China Talent Acquisition at Cummins Inc.
During the discussion, I asked the panelists a question that sparked an interesting debate: “With AI automating Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, as well as Compensation and Benefits, how do you see the role of HR in 3-5 years?” Their answers showed how HR is evolving to balance technology and human-centered leadership.
The event also showcased how AmCham connects HR leaders with service providers to improve their strategies. Although Intandid didn’t have a booth or panel, we were happy to represent the HR community of R.E.D. and engage with HR leaders who were interested in our work.
It was a great day for learning and networking, and it’s exciting to see how HR is shaping the future of work.
