Client Name: An international school hosting 1500+ students with a management team of 20+ leaders.

Deliverables: Trainings – Management and Leadership Trainings

The Problem

Our client undergoes a main shift in culture: Originally very academic, the institution is bringing together the administrative and the academic departments to work closely together. There is no animosity between the teams, but they are not familiar or appreciative of one another’s’ work.
“How can we work better together? How can we maximize our communication skills and become better managers to our teams?”

The top management decided to bring everyone together before the start of the school year to make sure the management team is ready to rise up to the challenge in a positive, engaging way.

 

 

 

 

The Solution

The company organized Management & Leadership Trainings during the summer.

The results

We created bespoke workshops with the collaboration of the Top Management. We delivered the trainings in the team’s preferred language. (We can deliver in English, Mandarin, French and German.) We helped the 20+ members discover their individual Strengths and their collective Talents. We helped them structure and give better feedbacks. The team also learned more about listening and coaching skills to become even better leaders.
