The Problem
The company, strong of 200+ managers in the APAC region, was already familiar with the CliftonStrengths Assessment. The Managers had undergone trainings in the previous months and had explored their individual Strengths. The HR Director reached out to bring the management team to the next level in an inspiring pitch. “How can we inspire our leaders about “Inclusive leadership”?”
How can we help our leaders create the space for their teams to take their own initiatives, be themselves, and drive the business activities?”
The Solution
The company organized a Managers’ Training with all the 200+ managers from the APAC region. We created bespoke content to meet the team where they had stopped their previous trainings and help them move to more complex notions of Leadership and Strengths development. Since the team was partly offline and partly remote, we adapted the content for both formats (online/offline) and prepared for delivery with less than 7 days’ notice.
The Results
The team could benefit from our experience with more than hundreds of hours of coaching individuals and teams around Strengths and Leadership. The keynote was impactful and practical to allow manager to implement their new learnings right after our intervention.
