Why a Podcast, and Why Now
We’ve been working on something new at R.E.D. for a while — and we’re excited to finally share it.
We’re launching a podcast designed as a space for real conversations around HR, leadership, culture, and the everyday reality of work. Not theory. Not buzzwords. Just honest reflections from people who live these challenges every day.
The idea is simple:
less corporate talk, more real stories.
Because the most meaningful insights don’t always come from perfect frameworks — they come from experience, doubt, growth, and the moments where things didn’t go exactly as planned.
A Podcast That Feels Human
This podcast is meant to feel approachable and human.
Not everything has to be polished to be valuable. Some of the most interesting learning happens in uncertainty — when leaders reflect out loud, question past decisions, or share what they would do differently today.
We want conversations that feel:
- Natural, not scripted

- Easy to listen to, whether you work in HR or are simply interested in how teams and organizations really function

Extending the Life of Our Learning Days
We’re also excited to bring R.E.D. Learning Days into the podcast format.
Great conversations shouldn’t end when the session ends. By turning Learning Day discussions into podcast episodes, we allow ideas to:
