A few weeks ago, I hosted one of our monthly R.E.D. forums in Shanghai.

As always, we didn’t give advice.
We didn’t fix each other’s problems.
We simply shared real stories from experience—trusting the people in the room to draw their own conclusions.

After the session, an HR leader pulled me aside.

She told me how hard it was not to jump in and offer solutions during someone else’s share.

“It was a great exercise,” she said.
