A few weeks ago, I hosted one of our monthly R.E.D. forums in Shanghai.
As always, we didn’t give advice.
We didn’t fix each other’s problems.
We simply shared real stories from experience—trusting the people in the room to draw their own conclusions.
After the session, an HR leader pulled me aside.

“It was a great exercise,” she said.
