Our client has had an amazing year and would like to invest in the development of their sales leaders.

“How do we unlock the potential of our sales leaders?”

“How do we help them build more confidence?”
The head of China decided to bring all the sales manager into a Sales Convention and highlight everyone’s Strengths into the new year’s strategy.

 

 

The Solution

The company organized yearly sales convention with China’s Sales managers at the end of the year. The purpose of the convention is to empower the team and help them become the actors of their careers and objectives. We designed a bespoke training for the team to discover their individual and collective Strengths.

The Results

We helped the 20 members discover their individual Strengths and their collective Talents. The team recognized their own power and how diverse the Sales management is.

The members mentioned this was so far the best and most thought-triggering training they had received so far.
