Last Friday, Intandid delivered a full-day training program that combined two powerful elements: cultivating a growth mindset and aligning performance with annual planning.

The purpose was not only to strengthen how leaders and teams master their minds to unlock higher performance, but also to help them set the tone for the year ahead. Instead of chasing only “new things,” the focus was on bringing structure, clarity, and intentionality to ensure continued success.

What’s Next: Asking Better Questions

Based on the success of this program, the next step we’re exploring is a workshop on Asking Better Questions.

Why? Because the best ideas during brainstorming don’t always come from having the right answers—they come from asking the right questions.

In this future session (2–3 hours), we’ll work with participants to:

  • Reflect on the kinds of questions they currently ask.
  • Transform surface-level questions into deeper, more thought-provoking ones.
  • Practice techniques that spark curiosity, reflection, and breakthrough ideas.

Asking better questions is also the first step toward becoming a stronger coach—whether for yourself, your team, or your organization. It’s about nurturing growth not just in others, but in your own leadership journey.
