Marion Campan is the Founder and Managing Director of Intandid, a boutique HR consulting firm supporting organizations across China and APAC. Originally from France, she is a corporate culture and leadership expert. With a passion for helping organizations build Outstanding Workplace Cultures where people and businesses thrive.
Over the course of more than two decades living and working internationally, Marion has helped leaders and teams navigate change, strengthen engagement, and adapt to the evolving world of work.
As a result, she has developed a deep understanding of cross-cultural leadership, organizational development, and workplace transformation.
