Typical Coaching Format

Each confidential session runs 60 to 90 minutes, giving leaders the space to think deeply without feeling rushed.

Coaching objectives are clearly defined and aligned directly with business goals from the outset, and where helpful, we optionally align with HR or a sponsor to keep the journey connected to the wider organization.

Between sessions, leaders reflect on and apply what they’ve explored to real situations as they arise. Most programs run between 3 and 9 months, depending on the leader’s goals and the complexity of the journey.
