HR has never evolved as quickly as it is today.
Organizations are navigating AI, shifting workforce expectations, global uncertainty, and constant business transformation—all while trying to build workplaces where both people and performance can thrive.
In times like these, there are no universal playbooks.
That is why R.E.D. HR Community exists.
Rather than providing one-size-fits-all solutions, R.E.D. HR creates a space where experienced HR leaders from different industries can challenge assumptions, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another. Every organization faces unique realities, yet many of the underlying people challenges are surprisingly similar.

People or Performance?
At our recent R.E.D. Forum on July 3rd, five senior HR leaders from diverse industries came together for an open discussion on some of today’s most pressing HR questions. Instead of focusing on what has already been done, the conversation explored what lies ahead.
“How does a company balance good performance vs bad behaviors? ”
Great results require strong performers, but sustainable success also depends on trust, culture, and the way we lead our people.
None of the participants claimed to have perfect answers. Instead, they shared experiences, successes, failures, and practical lessons learned from leading people through change. One participant shared that organizations need to take behavioral expectations seriously and consistently communicate that how employees achieve results is an important part of performance evaluation. By recognizing both outcomes and behaviors, companies can build a culture where performance and values grow together.
That is the value of the R.E.D. HR Community.
The Insight That Stays With You
The future of HR will not be shaped by a single company or a single leader. It will be shaped by communities willing to ask difficult questions, exchange ideas openly, and learn collectively.
At R.E.D. HR Community, we believe meaningful conversations are where meaningful change begins.
So… When building a successful organization, what should come first: people or performance?
